Group Fitness FAQs

Some group fitness classes require advance registration, while others allow drop-in participation. Please review the class schedule for details or contact the Welcome Center for assistance.

Most group fitness classes are included with YMCA membership. Specialty classes or programs may require additional fees, which will be listed in the schedule if applicable.

Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early to get set up. Mats and equipment are provided unless otherwise noted.
